Class Etiquette & Studio Guidelines

To help us all get the most out of our time together, please take a moment to review these gentle reminders. These guidelines are here to support the flow of class, honor everyone's experience, and maintain the calm and connection we all come for.

⏰ Please arrive on time.
Our classes begin promptly! Give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in and ground before we start. Doors open 15 mins before class.

📵 No cell phones in the studio.
We kindly ask that all phones be left outside the practice space.

​

🤧 If you are not feeling well, please stay home. Please text or email me and I’ll happily give you a credit towards another class.

​

🚽You are more than welcome to go inside the house and use the restroom at anytime.

🙅🏼‍♀️No show, no refund! If you miss class and don’t let me know in advance, you have forfeited the class. With advanced notice, you are more than welcome to make up the class within the session registered for.
