Classes Offered

Pilates Classes

Pilates focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. We use small equipment to increase intensity and tone the entire body with fun and versatile Toning Balls, Circles, Flex-Bands, Foam Rollers, and Weights. We incorporate a variety of sculpting exercises, adding resistance for the upper and lower body while focusing on the deep stabilizing muscles of the core.

Yoga Classes

Yoga classes on The Front Porch include standing, sitting and laying down poses. The practice begins with a gentle flow based sequence to help warm up your body and get your heart pumping. In the second half, the focus shifts to deeply therapeutic poses. As you breathe and move your body, you will experience grounding standing postures, balancing sequences and deeply restorative stretches. Come and join us and you will feel lighter, calmer and energized as you continue your day.

Yogalates Classes

Yoga and Pilates together become Yogalates. Enjoy the benefits of both modalities including strength training, improved flexibility, core strength, and balance. The fusion of Yogalates will help you feel stronger, stand taller and feel balanced. Every class ends with Savasana, a meditation to calm and quiet your mind and body.

All equipment is provided, you just need a yoga mat and a water bottle.

All levels are welcome as a variety of options are provided for each exercise.
